RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of the surgical approach and method of transnasal fenestration under nasal endoscope for the treatment of maxillary odontogenic cyst. Methods:The clinical data of 23 cases with maxillary odontogenic cysts treated by nasal endoscopy through nasal fenestration were retrospectively analyzed. All cases underwent nasal endoscopy and CT examination before the operation. The mucosal membrane of the parietal wall of the cyst was excised through fenestration of the nasal base. The cyst fluid was removed by decompression, and the bony opening of the nasal base was trimmed and enlarged to the edge of the cyst. The intraoperative and postoperative effects were observed. Results:All cases were well exposed under the direct vision of nasal endoscope. The top wall of the cyst was removed to maximize the communication between the cyst cavity and the nasal floor. There were no complications such as nasolacrimal duct injury, turbinate atrophy, necrosis, and facial numbness. All patients were followed up for 6-12 months, and the clinical symptoms gradually disappeared after surgery. The inferior turbinate was in good shape, the cyst cavity was smooth, the cyst wall was determined, and no cyst recurrence was observed. Conclusion:The treatment of odontogenic cyst of maxilla under nasal endoscope through nasal fenestration is convenient. It has less trauma, fewer complications and a satisfactory curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

RESUMO

Objective To compare the clinical characteristics and influence factors of hyperuricemia between genders,in order to provide references for better controlling and preventing the occurrence and development of hyperuricemiaprovide. Methods A total of 5 783 people who underwent physical examination in two Baoding Health Screening Centers from January 1st to June 1st,2016 were enrolled in this study, and all volunteers completed physical examination, laboratory examination and questionnaire survey.Patients with hyperuricemia were selected to analyse the clinical characteristics and influence factors. Results There were statistically significant differences in clinical characteristics, including obesity, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, liver function, renal function, anemia, blood rheology examination, thyroid ultrasound and lateral radiographs, between male and female patients with hyperuricemia (P<0.05).The survey showed that there were statistically significant differences in age, education level, marital status, work status, sleeping status, smoking and drinking between male and female patients with hyperuricemia (P<0.05).The red blood cells counts, marital status and education level were influence factors for female patients with hyperuricemia, while have little effect on male patients. The smoking, creatinine and diastolic blood pressure were influence factors for male patients with hyperuricemia, while have no effect on female patients. Conclusion The clinical characteristics and the influencing factors of male and female patients with hyperuricemia are different,so corresponding preventive and therapeutic measures should be taken for male and female patients.

RESUMO

The AC impedance of human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cells were measured in our laboratory by Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer in the frequency range of 0.01-100 MHz. And then the effect of hematocrit on electrical impedance characteristics of hepatoma cells was observed by electrical impedance spectroscopy, Bode diagram, Nyquist diagram and Nichols diagram. The results showed that firstly, there is a frequency dependence, i.e., the increment of real part and the imaginary part of complex electrical impedance (δZ', δZ"), the increment of the amplitude modulus of complex electrical impedance (δ[Z *]) and phase angle (δθ) were all changed with the increasing frequency. Secondly, it showed cell volume fraction (CVF) dependence, i. e. , the increment of low-frequency limit (δZ'0, δ[Z*] 0), peak (δZ"(p), δθ(p)), area and radius (Nyquist diagram, Nichols diagram) were all increased along with the electric field frequency. Thirdly, there was the presence of two characteristic frequencies: the first characteristic frequency (f(c1)) and the second characteristic frequency (f(c2)), which were originated respectively in the polarization effects of two interfaces that the cell membrane and extracellular fluid, cell membrane and cytoplasm. A conclusion can be drawn that the electrical impedance spectroscopy is able to be used to observe the electrical characteristics of human hepatoma cells, and therefore this method can be used to investigate the electrophysiological mechanisms of liver cancer cells, and provide research tools and observation parameters, and it also has important theoretical value and potential applications for screening anticancer drugs.

RESUMO

Objective To establish binomial equation Cole-Cole mathematical modeling methods and the parameters in rat erythrocyte impedance spectra,as well as to discuss the sources of the ? and the ? dispersion. Methods The impedance of erythrocyte suspension was measured with Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer within the frequency range of 0.01~100 MHz.The residual error of the fitting curve was determined with non-linear numerical calculation of Cole-Cole equation. Then the Cole-Cole mathematical model parameters of rat erythrocyte were established with the Bode and the Nyquist plots. Results The Cole-Cole mathematical model parameters of rat erythrocyte impedance spectrum: the high-frequency limit of impedance R∞=63/?cm,the 1st relaxation impedance increment ?R1=59/?cm,the 1st characteristic frequency fC1 =2.4 MHz,the 1st relaxation dispersion angle ?1=0.07,the 2nd relaxation impedance increment ?R2=48/?cm,the 2nd characteristic frequency fC2 =370 MHz,the 2nd relaxation dispersion angle ?2=0.22.Conclusion The ? and ? relaxation behavior of rat erythrocyte impedance spectrum can be expressed with the two-type Cole-Cole mathematical model. The ? dispersion is formed from the capacitive response of cell membrane and the ? dispersion from frequency response of intracellular hemoglobin.

RESUMO

Freshwater crabs and snails were collected from Ninghai County in Zhejiang Province, and examined respectively for Paragonimus metacercariae and cercariae. Among 97 freshwater crabs found, the prevalence was 11.3% (11/97) with a mean intensity of 1 metacercariae per crab. It was 10.2% (5/49) and 20.2% (4/20) in the groups weighted 5-15 g and 15-25 g respectively, with an average intensity of 1, and no metacercariae were found in weight group of 25-35 g. Two positive crabs were found from 20 crabs with a low weight (
